Andrew Sikiric is a Senior Appraiser at BBG, Inc. in the NYC office. As a native New Yorker, he has developed a thorough knowledge of the neighborhoods within New York City and has completed hundreds of appraisals within his primary market area. His secondary market areas include: Long Island, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut. Andrew has extensive experience in appraising a wide variety of properties that include: multi-family buildings, office buildings, retail properties, mixed-use properties, industrial and flex properties and development sites. He has also provided valuations for many purposes including financing, acquisitions/dispositions, condemnation, litigation support, tax appeals, and estate and gift tax planning. Appraisal reports have been prepared for private investors, lending institutions, educational institutions, corporations, attorneys, accountants, estates, developers and governmental agencies. Additionally, Andrew has provided real estate consulting services that includes market/marketability studies, feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, investment analysis, own vs. lease analysis, and market rent studies.
